Column headings are (in order): Date, Time, Unit ID, Wind Speed (2 min average), Wind direction (2 minute average), Wind gust speed (10 minute average), Wind gust direction (10 minute average), Wind gust (10 minute average), Air temperature, Relative Humidity, Dew Point, Pyranometer, Quantum, Air Pressure, Snow level, Melted precipitation (cumulative), Present weather (code number), Present weather (15 minutes ago), Present weather (60 minutes ago), Present weather visibility, Visibility, Cloud base lower level, Cloud base middle level, Cloud base upper level, Vertical visibility, Battery voltage, and Bit-level error code (should be zero except in the presence of instrument failure.)
